Our Security and Privacy
Code and data are critical assets, and we at NeuroNest understand the importance of securing your intellectual property. We are fully committed to ensuring that your data remains secure and private throughout your engagement with our platform.
In plain terms, what does this mean?
All data is protected at rest by major cloud providers and encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS, ensuring that no third party can access your data during transmission. For paying users, we enforce a zero data retention policy, even when third-party APIs are involved. Enterprise customers have the option of self-hosted deployments, which means NeuroNest never accesses your data in the first place.
NeuroNest collects registration information such as name, email, and sign-up time solely to prevent misuse of our platform by verifying user accounts. We do not share, sell, or use this information for any other purpose outside of platform functionality.
We collect telemetry data, including latency, feature engagement, and user feedback metrics, to enhance your experience and improve our service. This data is used internally to monitor system performance, evaluate the impact of our AI tools, and, when combined with learning interaction data, refine the quality of our platform. Your data is never shared with, sold to, or utilized by any other party, company, or product.
NeuroNest does not retain or train generative models on private data. For users on the Individual Plan, any interaction data collected is used solely to improve the platform's functionality and is only accessible in extreme cases by authorized team members for support purposes. Users can opt out of allowing NeuroNest to store their interaction data after inference. For paying users, we maintain zero data retention on all interaction data unless explicitly opting in for features such as enhanced analytics or custom integrations. For hybrid and self-hosted enterprise customers, no interaction data is retained by NeuroNest.
We are committed to responsible AI practices and maintaining the highest standards of data security. For more details, refer to NeuroNest’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
